Change an Order
If you accidentally made a mistake when checking out, email support at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your corrected information/order to resolve the issue. Mistaken orders that are not reported in a timely fashion cannot be refunded.
I do not accept returns on any products, except in the case of damaged or defective goods (in which case, you should consult the next section). Please review all order options (Size, Color, Delivery address & Contact information) before confirming your purchase.
If you believe you received a product that is damaged or otherwise defective, please take photos of the issue immediately and forward them to support at email@example.com with the subject line “Damaged Item”.
